As a Team Leader in , you will be providing guidance and support to your team members to deliver on team targets and KPIs. You will be empowering your people to develop their skills and navigate their personal development whilst ensuring they are engaged and motivated.

Assign tasks to team members.

Review all contents of team members.

Recruiting, guiding new staff to meet the job requirements.

Responsible for supervising and managing the working progress of team.

Actively create, improve content constantly to build brand, increase the number of customers for the project

Regularly research content trends and actively update knowledge about career.

Perform other tasks as required by direct manager.
